I  am  a  licensed  professional  engineer  in  Texas,  with  more  than  30  years  experience  in worldwide  upstream  oil  &  gas  producing  operations.

I  worked  for  Texaco  for  22-1/2 years,  managing  producing  assets  in Texas,

Louisiana,  Indonesia,  and  Kuwait.  I  also  coordinated  acquisition  &  divestiture

activities  as  a  member  of  Texaco's  Upstream  Business  Development  Group.

Most  recently  I  have  worked  as  a  consultant,  performing   field studies,  reserve

reviews,  and  economic  &  exploration  risk  analyses  for  assets  in  Argentina,

Brazil,  Peru,  Guatemala,  Belize, Trinidad,   Mexico,  Nigeria,  UK North Sea,  and

the  US  (Onshore & Gulf  of  Mexico).
