* Performed Monte Carlo probabilistic oil and gas recovery estimates for deep-water Gulf of Mexico prospects and discoveries (East Breaks, Alaminos Canyon, Keathley Canyon, Walker Ridge, and Mississippi Canyon protraction areas).
* Directed production optimization activities for an onshore Mexico project.
* Performed a Brazil exploration scoping study, correlating reservoir and production parameters to stratigraphic sequences.
* Performed a scoping study to identify upside potential in a mature Argentina oil field.

* Evaluated and prepared formal proposals for several asset and smaller company acquisition opportunities valued from $200 MM to $3.0 B ( $7.4 B Total).
* Led Texaco's evaluation of Repsol YPF’s Indonesia Asset offering. Evaluated assets, developed economic model, and recommended a “no-bid” stance to management ($700 MM).

* Established a Department Performance Management System with performance measurement tracking, aligning employee goals with Division, Department, and Shareholder goals.
* Managed annual CAPEX & OPEX of $ 10 MM and $32 MM, respectively.
* Increased production by 63 MBOPD through workovers, pump optimization, and equipment downtime reduction.
* Implemented Safety Awareness Programs including regularly scheduled Safety Meetings and H2S Awareness Training.

* Implemented 44 workovers at a cost of $4.2 MM, resulting in production gains of 24 MBOPD.
* Initiated a comprehensive down-hole pump optimization program which identified all pump optimization opportunities, prioritized opportunies according to production gains and costs, scheduled project implementation, and monitored project results.
* Implemented 63 pump optimization projects at a cost of $1.9 MM, resulting in production gains of 25 MBOPD.
